Palissy Pottery
Palissy Pottery started production at the A. E. Jones Longton works following the war in 1946. Producing good quality tableware Palissy was bought by Royal Worcester in 1958. Through the 1970s Palissy made contemporary ranges to compete with Hornsea and Portmeirion and also started to produce ranges similar to many Spode collections (now part of the same group) including the Games series.
